What files are needed for a quote?
STEP, STP, IGS, IGES, PDF drawings, DWG/DXF files or sample photos are all helpful. Please include material, quantity and finish requirements.
Do you support prototypes and small batches?
Yes. We can make prototypes and small-batch custom parts before repeat production.
What is the typical lead time?
Most custom parts take about 7–15 days after payment and drawing confirmation. Lead time depends on material availability, order quantity, complexity and surface finishing.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. For new products or sensitive projects, we can sign an NDA before reviewing drawings.
ARE MY DRAWINGS KEPT CONFIDENTIAL?
Yes. Your drawings and project details are used only for quotation and production. We do not share customer files.
